Meet the Founder
Frank Edughom Ekpar is the Founder and Chancellor of Scholars University, an inclusive elite university with a mission to create prosperity and reduce suffering through high quality education. Educated on three continents, he holds a doctorate degree in Systems Science and Engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of Toyama, Japan as well as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary. His tertiary education was funded with merit-based scholarship awards from the Japanese and Hungarian Governments. His patented inventions include those described in United States Patent Number 7,567,274, United States Patent Number 6,671,400 and Japan (Counterpart) Patent Number 3,650,578. He is passionate about leveraging education for the advancement of humanity.
